How to enter: For on-line entry fill out the on-line entry form. For a mail-in entry simply verify your name, address, email, and phone number on the reply slip and mail in the enclosed envelope. No purchase is necessary to win. If you choose to enter without making a contribution to TSRA, use either of the methods listed above and check “No contribution.” (Only one free entry.)

We hope you will make an optional contribution of $20 for an extra ticket. After the $20 contribution, every additional $10 contribution will receive another extra ticket. You will have tickets electronically assigned to you based on your contribution amount.
